• Greg Seitz lives in Maplewood, Minnesota. He grew up with the St. Croix River. He is a writer and a paddler, a seeker and an angler, a poet and a hiker.
• Lené Gary lives in Montpelier, Vermont. She is currently pursuing her M.F.A. in creative nonfiction and poetry. “This June Without You” won first place in the Poetry Society of New Hampshire’s National Contest in 2007. Her blog is http://countingpetals.blogspot.com.
• Sam Haraldson lives in Duluth, Minnesota. In the summer of 2007 he thru-hiked the 1,200 mile Pacific Northwest Trail in ultralight fashion. His Web site is at http://www.samh.net.
• Ed Haydin lives in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. He is an architect, bicyclist, fly fisherman, fly tier, and rod builder. Those devotions lead him to inevitable explorations of geography, physics, aesthetics and hydrology.
• Kate Seitz lives in Maplewood, Minnesota. She is a magazine editor by trade, and a paddler, hiker and angler by fate. She is also a muse, by grace, and a believer.
